I explored how we can use ChatGPT for UX research, here’s an example of how I use it.
- did a user interview, record the audio
- Use Otter.ai or other tools to get the transcription (Google meet)
- Ask ChatGPT with the prompt: ”act as a UX designer, analyse the script from an interview, and give me 10 quotes for the positive feedback”.
- Review those quotes, and ask other things, such as
- List all the user frustration moments, with timestamp.
- List all the competitor solutions that participant uses
- Summarise the interview in 300 words.
